DigitalAccess@Home provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower-income households.

Eligibility

Low-income households living in HDB flats with at least one Singapore Citizen are eligible to apply for DigitalAccess@Home. You can check your eligibility at this website www.go.gov.sg/digitalaccesschecker.

How to apply

You can apply in two ways:

·      Log in to digitalaccess.gov.sg via Singpass.

·      Hard copy submission (by mail): Download and print the DigitalAccess@Home form here, complete it and mail it to IMDA.
