Singaporean students in need can apply for MOE FAS online or at their school. Submit your application with supporting documents from 1 December for the next academic year.

Singapore Citizens in financial need can get assistance from MOE on school fees and other expenses.

* Per Capita Income (PCI) = Total Gross Monthly Household Income ÷ Number of Household Members
Only Singapore Citizen students are eligible.
Benefits
100% subsidy of miscellaneous fees
Free textbooks and school attire
Meal subsidies that pay for 7 meals per school week
Transport subsidy
For students taking school bus: 70% of monthly school bus fare
For students taking public transport: public transport subsidy of $21 per month or up to $252 per annum

Tip: If you have children in different government or government-aided schools, you just need to submit 1 application form to any of their schools. The school that receives the application form will inform you of the outcome.
