Parents Gateway

Parents Gateway (PG) is a mobile app developed by MOE to support parents’ involvement in their child’s/ward’s education journey. The app enables parents to receive information from the school and MOE and to perform a range of administrative functions such as giving consent for school programmes and activities and declaring travel plans.

Parents Gateway is made available to parents before the start of their child’s/ward’s P1 year. Through the Parents Gateway app, the school will share resources, as well as provide you with important administrative instructions and announcements.

As such, we encourage you to download the Parents Gateway app on your mobile phone (available on iOS and Android platforms only). Step-by-Step Guide to Parents Gateway Onboarding

Step 1 – SingPass Registration and 2FA Setup

SingPass 2-Step Verification (2FA) is required for onboarding. If you have not registered for a SingPass or have not set up the 2FA, please visit the SingPass website (https://www.singpass.gov.sg ↗ (opens in new tab)), or scan the QR codes below to do so. Step 2 – Download Parents Gateway Mobile App

a. Open the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei App Gallery on your mobile phone.

b. Search for the ‘Parents Gateway’ mobile app or scan the QR code below.

c. Download and install the app on your phone.

d. Enable ‘Allow Notifications’ to receive push notifications.
