Direct School Admission – Secondary (DSA)
The Direct School Admission – Secondary (DSA-Sec) enables Primary Six students to apply for admission to selected secondary schools before taking the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE). This pathway allows students to gain entry based on their talents and strengths in specific areas.
Students may apply to secondary schools through DSA-Sec based on the following areas of talent:

Sports and Games
-
Visual, Literary and Performing Arts

Debate and Public Speaking
-
Science, Mathematics and Engineering
-
Languages and Humanities
-
Uniformed Groups
-
Leadership (e.g., Prefectorial roles)
Important Notes for Parents and Students

Students admitted through DSA-Sec will not participate in the Secondary 1 (S1) Posting Exercise.

Students must commit to the school they are admitted to through DSA-Sec for the entire duration of the programme.

Transfers to another school are not allowed once the DSA placement is confirmed.
Application Process

Applications must be submitted through the DSA-Sec Portal.

There are no application fees for DSA-Sec.
